Founded in 1974, the Croatian Cultural Center of Chicago has been a gathering place for generations of Croatians and friends of Croatia across the Chicagoland area. More than a building, the Center is a living connection to our shared history, traditions, and values.
Our mission is to preserve and promote Croatian culture and heritage by bringing people together through cultural, religious, educational, athletic, and social programs. We strive to ensure that the language, music, dance, and customs passed down by earlier generations continue to thrive for those who come next.
Today, the Center proudly supports our Croatian Language School Hrvatska Škola, the Hrvatska Loza Tambura, Folklore, and Dance Group, as well as our Leteći Anđeli and Youth Soccer teams; programs that nurture identity, community, and pride in our heritage.
The Croatian Cultural Center of Chicago also serves as a welcoming space for celebrations, events, and gatherings, with our venue available for rent to both members and non-members.
